Health and safety is of utmost importance to Horizon London Window Cleaning. All of our window cleaners undergo thorough training programmes and therefore each task is approached and completed with a keen awareness of health and safety throughout.

Under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and associated protective legislation, Horizon London Window Cleaning has duties in respect of health, safety and welfare. Horizon London Window Cleaning recognises these responsibilities and undertakes to implement all measures that are reasonably practicable to:
Ensure the health, safety and welfare of all persons at work; and
Protect the general public from risks to health and safety arising from the company’s activities.
At Horizon London Window Cleaning our responsibility to your employees and your premises (and to our own employees) are of paramount importance. It is standard practice to undertake a thorough site inspection and a full 5 stage risk assessment in line with the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and the Working at Height Regulations 2005, detailing any potential areas of concern. Any obstructions are evaluated and noted to the client prior to commencement of the project.
Our equipment undergoes a regular maintenance inspection to ensure that it is safe, in working order and will produce the best cleaning results. It is checked prior to starting a job and after completion of the job.
